Rank is potency. The 2 is the weakest opioid in the deck and the Ace the strongest, ordered by morphine milligram equivalent. Ordering by MME means the climb is the one a conversion chart makes, not a subjective ranking.

What surprised me most was the extra fold on the card box for the opening flap, the arrangement of drug indications/side effects, and the high-quality feel while still looking and being able to shuffle/play with them.
