Each deck is organized around a hidden clinical key that reflects how practitioners actually think about the subject matter:
- Narcotic Deck — Face value corresponds to opioid potency by Morphine Milligram Equivalent (MME), allowing stronger opioids to rank higher in the deck. Cards also incorporate differences in bioavailability across routes of administration.
- Psychiatric Deck — Organized by line of therapy, with Aces representing first-line treatments and higher face cards progressing toward more specialized or treatment-resistant options.
- Anesthesia Deck — Structured around the perioperative workflow and how medications are commonly organized within anesthesia carts, progressing from induction and maintenance agents through adjuncts, analgesics, and reversals. Cards are also ranked by onset of action.
- Antibiotic Deck — Organized by antimicrobial spectrum and clinical utility. Compounds are grouped into broad-spectrum agents, Gram-positive coverage, Gram-negative coverage, and anaerobic or niche therapies, progressing from cornerstone agents to more targeted treatments.

What kind of card stock is this, and how do they handle?
310 GSM air-linen embossed casino-grade stock with a black core that prevents light bleed during play. The embossed finish creates microscopic air pockets between cards — they glide cleanly, fan evenly, and have the firm snap serious card players expect.
These are not thin promotional cards. They handle like a quality deck should.
How durable are the cards over time?
The heavy GSM stock and casino-grade finish are designed for repeated handling. They resist warping better than standard cardstock and maintain their snap over time.

We ship to the United States and Canada. No other countries yet.
Canadian orders are a flat $19.95 USD, tracked. We're not publishing a guaranteed delivery window for Canada yet — you'll get tracking as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Any duties, taxes, brokerage, or customs fees are set by Canadian customs or the carrier, are not included in your shipping rate or order total, and are the recipient's responsibility.
When will I receive my order?
In-stock orders ship within 1 business day via USPS or UPS. Tracking is emailed automatically, and everything ships in protective collector-grade mailers.
Preorders — the Collector's Box and the Complete Set + Collector's Box — ship mid-September 2026. You are charged at checkout and your order is reserved from the first production run.
Either way you'll receive a confirmation immediately, and a shipping notification the moment your order leaves the warehouse.

You'll receive an order confirmation by email within minutes. If your item is in stock, it ships within 1 business day with tracking included. For preorders, you'll get a confirmation now and a shipping notification when your deck is on its way.

What's your return and replacement policy?
Unused decks in original packaging can be returned within 30 days — no friction. If your deck arrives damaged or with a printing issue, we replace it immediately, no questions asked.
